1. Who we are and what you accept

Cubierto is a licensed insurance agency. We operate as Cubierto Insurance LLC (NPN 22236672), licensed in Arizona, Florida, North Carolina, Texas, Nevada and New Mexico.

By using cubierto.ai or messaging us on WhatsApp you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and the AI Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What we do — and what we don’t

We advise you, compare options across insurers available in your state, and activate your policy. We are not an insurance company; policies are issued by the insurers. Your policy is a contract between you and the insurer that issues it.

We never collect your premium directly — payments go to the insurer. Cubierto receives a standard commission from the insurer — at no additional cost to you.

3. Quotes, prices and eligibility

Prices shown on this site are illustrative examples, not quotes. A real quote depends on your information, and only the insurer confirms it when issuing the policy. No coverage exists until the insurer issues the policy and the premium is paid.

Eligibility for government help depends on your immigration status, income and household — it is determined by the Health Insurance Marketplace, not by Cubierto. We check your case at no cost, but the final decision is not ours.

4. WhatsApp and communications

The service runs primarily on WhatsApp, which is a Meta service with its own terms. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

• To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP.
• To talk to a person on our team, type AGENTE.
• Consenting to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Consent to automated messages. This is the consent notice that applies when you use our WhatsApp buttons: “By clicking WhatsApp, I consent to receive automated messages — including from an AI assistant — from Kornugle Group's companies: Finazo LLC, Cubierto Insurance LLC, Hogares Mortgage LLC, and Kornugle Group LLC, about insurance, mortgage, and financial services at the number used, even if I'm on a Do Not Call list. 5. Artificial intelligence assistant

Part of the service is handled by Sofia, our AI virtual agent, which identifies itself as AI from the first message. What the AI says is informational: it may contain errors and is not professional advice or a binding quote. Verify any important detail with our licensed team before deciding.

6. Acceptable use

• Give us truthful information — an insurance application with false information can void your coverage and is illegal.
• Do not use the service for fraud, impersonation or any illegal activity.
• Do not interfere with the operation of the site or attempt to access systems or data that are not yours.

7. Intellectual property

The content of cubierto.ai (text, guides, brand and design) belongs to Cubierto Insurance LLC or its licensors. You may use it to inform yourself and share it with your family; you may not copy it for commercial use without written permission.

8. No warranties and limits of liability

The site and the service are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cubierto Insurance LLC is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site or the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liabilities that the law does not allow to be limited, nor does it affect the terms of your policy: the policy issued by the insurer is the contract that governs your coverage.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without affecting the protections given to you by the insurance law of the state where you live.
